Simon Acres Recruitment are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a prestigious, high-end bathroom showroom based in Cheshire, who are seeking a Senior Sales Bathroom Designer to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, experienced designer to work with luxury products and discerning clientele, within a stunning bespoke environment.
The Role:
- Deliver a full end-to-end design and sales experience to clients, from initial consultation through to project completion.
- Create luxury bathroom designs tailored to client needs, combining functionality with high-end aesthetics.
- Manage and convert warm leads, while building long-term relationships with architects, developers, and private clients.
- Conduct in-depth design consultations within the showroom or at client sites.
- Use CAD software to present creative and technically accurate design proposals.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of all products and stay up to date with current trends and suppliers in the luxury interiors sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project timelines, stock availability, and installation readiness.
- Ensure targets are met or exceeded, contributing to the overall performance of the showroom.
- Support the training and development of junior staff as the team expands.
Candidate Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in bathroom design, ideally within a high-end or bespoke showroom environment.
- Strong background in sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in CAD software (such as Virtual Worlds, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a flair for building rapport with luxury clients.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a high level of creativity.
- Commercially minded with a results-driven attitude.
- A passion for interior design and a deep understanding of luxury bathroom products and finishes.
- Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential).
