About the Role
This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to take ownership of the full sales cycle — from initial enquiry through to design presentation and closing the deal. You will focus on converting high-quality leads into sales, delivering inspiring kitchen designs while confidently guiding customers to invest in their dream kitchen. This is a performance-driven role suited to someone motivated by commission and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations (in-home and/or showroom-based)
- Create inspiring British kitchen designs using CAD software
- Confidently present and sell designs, handling objections professionally
- Close sales and secure deposits
- Upsell appliances, worktops and additional features to maximise order value
- Maintain accurate pipeline management
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements / Skills
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Designer within the UK market
- Strong closing ability with a demonstrable sales track record
- Experience using CAD software (Winner, ArtiCAD, 2020, Fusion or similar)
- Commercially driven with a target-focused mindset
- Excellent negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Well-presented, professional and customer-focused
- Full UK driving licence and own car
