Simon Acres Recruitment are working on behalf of a well-established retailer to find an experienced

Sales Consultant

for their busy showroom in Lincolnshire.

You\’ll work closely with the Showroom Manager to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and help design stylish bathroom solutions using in-house planning tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Face-to-face and phone-based sales

Meet and exceed KPIs through up-selling and cross-selling

Create bathroom designs with customers

Maintain showroom standards and handle stock

Key holding duties when required

Handle payments and order processing

Provide excellent customer care and product advice

What We’re Looking For:

Retail sales experience, ideally in KBB or interiors

Strong communication and design skills

Target-driven with a professional, enthusiastic approach
