About Us
Simon Acres Group Ltd is looking for a proactive and highly organised Part-Time Administrator to join our Tunbridge Wells office. This role has been created due to business growth and is offered initially on a 3–6 month fixed-term contract, with a strong likelihood of becoming a permanent position for the right candidate. We are ideally looking for someone who is interested in building a longer-term future with us and progressing within the business. You will work closely with the Director of Oval Deene Recruitment, a specialist division of Simon Acres Group Ltd, providing key administrative and operational support. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain direct exposure to senior leadership and develop within a growing recruitment group.
About the Role
You will play a central role in supporting the day-to-day running of the office and ensuring smooth operations. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and confident working in a professional, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls and managing emails professionally
- Maintaining accurate records and data entry on our CRM system
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating meetings
- Preparing documents and candidate/client correspondence
- Providing direct administrative support to the Director
- General office administration and operational support
Requirements / Skills:
- Has previous administrative experience (recruitment sector experience preferred)
- Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Is confident using Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Can work independently and manage priorities effectively
