Simon Acres Recruitment are looking for a personable, driven, and positive Part-time Sales Consultant for a well-established, highly successful, and growing Furniture retailer's new store in South Essex. Our client's new store in South Essex is searching for talented people who can help deliver an outstanding service and an exceptional retail experience.
In the Part-time Sales Consultant role, you will be the first point of contact for customers face to face or over the telephone, and your focus will be delivering exceptional customer service, sales advice, and creating an informed, honest, professional sales experience for our client's customers.
Package:
- Salary: £12.98 p/h + Commission + Team Bonus
- Working Hours: Flexible shifts available
- Circa 24 hours per week
Job specification:
- Maintain and develop both new and existing customers through excellent customer care and ethical sales methods
- Achieve your performance KPI's
- Provide outstanding customer service at all times, resolving all customer queries quickly and efficiently, managing situations to result in successful conclusions
- Being able to handle telesales calls in between the store's footfall
- Being able to adapt to new technology to help enhance customer experience
- Work flexibly and as part of the team, ensuring stock is replenished and displayed to the required standard
- Carry out daily cash handling routines
- Adhering to data protection policies at all times
- Changing POS and updating pricing changes within the store
- Ensuring the store is clean and presentable at all times
The successful candidate will:
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Be smart and presentable at all times
- Have the drive to hit KPIs & targets
- Be able to listen to a customer's needs and match to an appropriate product
- Have experience of active sales with a proven track record
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year's retail sales experience
