About the Client

Simon Acres Group LTD are representing a well established, high-end Kitchen Design Company. This is an exciting opportunity to join this fabulous Showroom in an aspirational and select town centre.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Installation Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of customer kitchen installations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and adept at managing contractors, schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and oversee customer kitchen installations from concept through completion.
  • Develop and maintain detailed fitting schedules to ensure seamless, hassle-free installations.
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure each project is delivered efficiently.
  • Review financial statements, sales reports, and performance data to measure productivity and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and customers to ensure collaboration and high-quality work.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure work meets company standards and timelines.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any concerns and ensuring a positive experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience managing kitchen or home installations, construction projects, or similar roles.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in analyzing financial and performance data.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in installations.
