About the Role
This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to coordinate projects from order through to completion, ensuring a seamless experience for both customers and installation teams. You will play a key role in managing schedules, conducting site surveys, coordinating fitters, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from order through to installation and completion.
- Conduct site surveys following initial training on company systems and products.
- Coordinate and manage subcontracted fitters.
- Organise and maintain installation schedules and fitting diaries.
- Liaise with customers and fitters to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Handle any on-site or customer-related issues professionally and efficiently.
- Input and manage quotations and project information accurately.
- Act as a customer-facing representative of the business.
- Ensure all projects are delivered with a high level of attention to detail.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to all stakeholders.
Requirements / Skills:
- Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Manager, or similar role within the KBB or interiors sector.
- Ideally from a fitting background or possess a strong understanding of kitchen installations.
- Ability to read and interpret kitchen plans, drawings, and renders.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
