About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced operational leader to oversee manufacturing performance across a busy production environment. Working closely with senior management, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving productivity, maintaining quality standards, developing teams, and supporting the continued expansion of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient workflow and on-time delivery.
- Monitor production performance and implement improvements to maximise output and operational effectiveness.
- Develop and manage production schedules in line with business requirements and customer expectations.
- Take ownership of operational decisions to ensure targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
