About the Role
This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to manage customer projects from initial consultation through to full installation, working with warm showroom leads and high-quality products. If you can sell, you can earn; this position offers genuine, uncapped earning potential for motivated, results-driven sales designers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers into the showroom and guide them through the design and product selection process
- Design and present creative, functional kitchen and bathroom solutions using CAD software
- Prepare detailed quotations, manage follow-ups, and confidently close sales
- Manage projects from concept through to installation, liaising with installers and suppliers
- Conduct field-based home surveys as required
- Assist with showroom operations, including deliveries and general upkeep
- Work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team
Requirements / Skills:
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in kitchen and/or bathroom sales
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience using CAD design software
- Competent with Microsoft Office
- Confident communicator with strong rapport-building skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and target-driven
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
- Team player with strong organisational skills
