About the Role
This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work as an Area Sales Manager, driving growth across Yorkshire and surrounding regions. You will be responsible for developing existing distributor relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and maximising sales within a well-established and expanding territory. This is a field-based position where you will spend the majority of your time visiting customers, building strong long-term partnerships, and delivering consistent commercial results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow an established portfolio of distributor accounts.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within your territory.
- Conduct regular face-to-face customer visits (approximately four days per week).
- Promote a full range of premium bathroom furniture, sanitaryware, brassware, and accessories.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty.
- Work closely with internal support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Deliver against sales targets and contribute to wider commercial strategy.
Requirements / Skills:
- Proven track record in a field-based sales role with strong commercial awareness.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient individual.
