About the Role

An exciting opportunity to drive new business growth within the contracts sector, developing key relationships and promoting premium kitchen solutions across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new contracts business
  • Build relationships with developers, architects, designers, and contractors
  • Present proposals, negotiate, and close deals
  • Manage projects alongside internal design and delivery teams
  • Attend industry events and maintain market knowledge

Requirements:

  • Proven business development or sales experience within property, construction, or interiors
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of high-end kitchens or interiors preferred
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel

What’s on Offer:

  • £40,000 – £50,000 basic salary (DOE)
