About the Role
This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to lead and manage high-value kitchen projects from concept through to completion, delivering exceptional designs that exceed client expectations while driving strong sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present advanced kitchen designs tailored to client briefs
- Generate and convert sales opportunities to achieve and exceed targets
- Manage the full design, planning, and installation process, including on-site surveys
- Oversee projects from initial consultation through to final completion
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the entire client journey
Requirements / Skills:
- Minimum 3 years’ kitchen design experience
- Experience working with German kitchen brands
- Proficient in CAD software (Winner preferred)
- Proven ability to manage projects from sale through to completion
- Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of achieving targets
- High attention to detail and professional presentation
- Ability to provide examples of previous design work
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
