About the Role
This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to take ownership of 10 pre-booked appointments per week, from initial enquiry through to design presentation and closing the deal. Visiting homes to survey and create plans via paper and if possible take deposit but if room designed to their satisfaction and then or arranging for them to come into one of the showrooms to do so. You will focus on converting high-quality leads into sales, delivering inspiring kitchen designs while confidently guiding customers to invest in their dream kitchen. This is a performance-driven role suited to someone motivated by commission and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations (in-home) mainly weekdays, office hours
- Create inspiring British kitchen designs via drawing - 3D renders to be produced by HQ and sent to customer with full pricing and information, deposit terms etc
- Confidently present and sell designs, handling objections professionally, and give price maintaining as much profit as possible
- Close sales and secure deposits
- Upsell appliances, worktops and additional features to maximise order value
- All customers are supported by HQ with 3D renders and quotes in writing with detailed info and deposit information for any that don’t pay on the day
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements / Skills
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Designer within the UK market
- Strong closing ability with a demonstrable sales track record
- Commercially driven with a target-focused mindset
- Excellent negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Well-presented, professional and customer-focused
- Full UK driving licence and own car
