Simon Acres Recruitment are looking for a personable, driven, and positive Sales Consultant for a well‑established, highly successful, and growing Furniture retailer's new store in North West London. Our client's new store is searching for talented people who can help deliver an outstanding service and an exceptional retail experience.
In the Sales Consultant role, you will be the first point of contact for customers face to face or over the telephone, and your focus will be delivering exceptional customer service, sales advice, and creating an informed, honest, professional sales experience for our client's customers.
Package
- Salary: £27,000 Basic + Commission + Team Bonus
- 1st Year OTE: £45,000
- Working Hours: 40 hrs per week - 5 out of 7 days
Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop both new and existing customers through excellent customer care and ethical sales methods
- Achieve your performance KPI's
- Provide outstanding customer service at all times, resolving all customer queries quickly and efficiently, managing situations to result in successful conclusions
- Handle telesales calls in between the store's footfall
- Adapt to new technology to help enhance customer experience
- Work flexibly and as part of the team, ensuring stock is replenished and displayed to the required standard
- Carry out daily cash handling routines
- Adhere to data protection policies at all times
- Change POS and update pricing changes within the store
- Ensure the store is clean and presentable at all times
