Kitchen Sales Designer Location: Highlands Salary: Competitive with clear basic growth for hitting target plus uncapped commission but can reach £60,000.00 and over Employment Type: Full-time  Permanent About the Client Simon Acres Group LTD are representing a well established, high-end Kitchen Design Company. This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional and supportive company, with clear targets and goals that incentivise and reward good performance. Staff stay long term and can progress About the Role This role offers an experienced Designer wanting to find a 'can do' company, the opportunity to work for a company who take pride in not only their beautiful designs and excellent customer relations, but delivery in project management through the process to completed installation. Not all kitchens will include installation but when they do the projects can cost up to around £70,000, so ownership and delivery through to successful fit is paramount. Support and training in company processes will be given Key Responsibilities: Meet and greet customers by either phone or in showroom, gaining an understand of their wants and need and project range and scope to gain an understanding of their budget and timelines Booking survey appointments, attending those to survey the room/s and build plan for scope of project, agreeing Design styles, needs functionality and budgets and booking showroom appointments to follow up on the designs, Booking further appointment to refine the Designs based on feedback to customer satisfaction and to time-lines Liaising with project teams all updates are agreed and any issues ironed out and taking deposits Ongoing project work to ensure successful completed installation Ensure customer satisfaction at every turn and gain images and feedback to use for your/company's portfolio and gain referrals Skills Required: Experienced in a consultative approach in sales, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction Winner or CAD software and CRM software experience A keen interest in changing kitchen trends and fashions to delivery the very best designs Benefits Competitive salary: able to grow basic by performing to set targets over a set period, plus commission growth based upon profitability 5 days per week with Saturdays on rotation - 37.5 hours per week (no Sunday working) Professional but friendly and supportive environment across designs and installations Creative freedom Closed for Christmas Inspirational and supportive management Annual payrise How to Apply This position is being handled by Simon Acres Group LTD To apply, please send your CV and a brief covering note to (url removed) or contact Wendie Brown on (phone number removed).
