We are seeking a creative, customer-focused
Kitchen Sales Designer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine strong design skills with excellent sales ability to deliver innovative kitchen solutions tailored to each client’s lifestyle, space, and budget. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the entire process—from initial consultation and design to final purchase—ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide expert advice on kitchen designs, styles, materials, and appliances.
Conduct needs assessments to understand clients’ requirements, budgets, and preferences.
Create accurate, functional, and visually appealing kitchen designs using CAD/design software.
Present design concepts and quotations in a clear and persuasive manner.
Manage the full sales process, from initial consultation through to order placement and aftersales support.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Keep up to date with the latest kitchen design trends, materials, and product ranges.
Ensure all designs comply with safety, building, and installation standards.
Work closely with installation teams and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in kitchen design and sales (or related interior design/sales field).
Proficiency with kitchen design/CAD software (e.g., 20-20, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, or similar).
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-first approach.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Creative eye for design, layout, and color coordination.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
Preferred Attributes
Knowledge of kitchen furniture, appliances, and material options.
Previous retail showroom experience.
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
