Salary: £20,000-£30,000 plus 2%-5% commission on products

Employment Type: Permanent Full time Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, no weekend work

About the Client

Simon Acres Group LTD are representing a new start-up bespoke and German kitchen design company. The owner has other such businesses but will need someone experienced in Kitchen Sales for day to day operational support and backup. This is an exciting opportunity to join this new venture and become a key player in what will be a thriving and busy showroom.

About the Role

This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to grow their remit within this business and with the investor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet Trade and retail customers, qualify customers and show clients the showroom products and advise them on choices
  • Develop a programme for steps to suit clients' timeline - open accounts, booking surveys, design appointments etc.
  • Create plans for clients to review and discuss with them, presenting alternatives until they are happy with the design and take deposit
  • Keep in touch with clients and ensure changes to dates, styles, designs, etc. are picked up and recorded and changes made.
  • Project Management - Plan installations with installers and liaise ongoing to adapt to any issues and rectify plans to take this into account
  • Work closely with Trade customers to build relationships and get quoting opportunities for their business and follow up on recommendations/customers etc.

Requirements / Skills:

  • Winner, CRM experience ideally or ArtiCAD/AutoCAD
  • Experience in Kitchen and bedroom Sales 2 years min
  • Solid customer management skills, prompt and polite and recording all data
  • Experience in bespoke and German style kitchens required.
  • Product ordering experience
