About the Role

This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work closely with customers to create tailored kitchen designs while managing projects from enquiry through to completion. The position combines creative design, customer relationship management, and commercial sales responsibility within a supportive showroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing bespoke kitchens tailored to customer requirements and budgets
  • Conducting showroom consultations and home visits
  • Producing detailed kitchen designs using ArtiCAD software
  • Preparing quotations and pricing proposals
  • Managing customer projects from initial enquiry through to order stage
  • Liaising with installers, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Delivering an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey
  • Supporting overall showroom sales performance

Requirements / Skills:

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience within kitchen design and sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong understanding of kitchen installations and associated trades
  • Experience using ArtiCAD software is essential
  • Knowledge of KBB pricing systems advantageous
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Must be authorised to work in the United Kingdom
  • Full-time permanent position
