About the Role
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced creative and driven Interiors/Kitchen Designer to join a growing, design-led business where your ideas, talent, and ambition will genuinely be valued. You’ll work with clients on inspiring, high-quality kitchen and interior projects, guiding them from the first conversation through to final installation. This is a role for someone who loves design, enjoys working with people, and wants to build a long-term career in interiors—not just sell kitchens. Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients in the showroom and in their homes to understand their lifestyle, vision, and budget.
- Design inspiring, well-considered kitchens and interior spaces using Winner CAD software (2–3 years kitchen design experience required).
- Carry out on-site surveys to ensure every design is accurate, practical, and perfectly planned.
- Present concepts and quotations in a confident, engaging, and professional manner.
- Work closely with suppliers, installers, and internal teams to ensure every project runs smoothly.
- Manage projects from initial concept through to completion, delivering an exceptional customer experience every time.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Designer or in an interior design/sales role.
- Confident using Winner CAD or similar kitchen design software.
- Experience carrying out site surveys and producing accurate, detailed designs.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport with clients.
- A genuine passion for interiors, design, and creating beautiful spaces that clients love.
