Kitchen Designer wanted in Welwyn Garden City!
We are seeking a talented and creative Kitchen Designer to join an exceptional team in Welwyn Garden City. Our client is part of a respected luxury brand, you’ll have the opportunity to work with premium products, high-end clients, and stunning design concepts that set the standard in modern living. This is a fantastic role for someone who is passionate about design, customer experience, and delivering excellence in every project.
Full time permanent 10am – 5pm, paying £26,000 plus uncapped commission. Must have a driving license.
Key Responsibilities
- Create bespoke luxury kitchen designs tailored to each client’s lifestyle, taste, and budget.
- Conduct in-depth design consultations, both in-showroom and on-site.
- Produce detailed plans, 3D visuals, and specifications using industry-standard design software, Ideally Winner.
- Guide clients through the full design journey from concept to completion ensuring an exceptional and seamless experience.
- Collaborate closely with installers, suppliers, and project teams to ensure accuracy and flawless execution.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across all luxury ranges and materials.
- Meet sales targets while consistently upholding the brand’s premium standards.
About You
- Strong background in kitchen or interior design, ideally within the luxury sector.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills with a consultative approach.
- Highly creative with a strong eye for detail and premium styling.
- Confident using design software (CAD, 3D rendering tools, or similar).
- Organised, proactive, and committed to delivering outstanding service.
- A passion for high-end interiors and a drive to exceed expectations.
