The Role:
As a Kitchen Design Assistant, you’ll support the design team throughout the entire project lifecycle – from initial client brief to final installation. You’ll work closely with experienced designers and project managers to bring bespoke kitchens and interiors to life, while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced, premium design environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the creation of detailed kitchen designs using Winner Design software
- Prepare mood boards, sample presentations, and technical documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure accurate project execution
- Maintain the showroom’s visual standards and presentation materials
- Support the senior designers in client meetings and project planning
- Conduct site surveys and take accurate measurements when required
- Ensure client needs and expectations are met with exceptional attention to detail
Key Requirements:
- A strong interest in interior and kitchen design, with a flair for aesthetics and space planning
- Proficiency in Winner Design software or a willingness to learn it quickly
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn from a highly experienced design team
- Previous experience in a similar design assistant or showroom-based role is desirable but not essential
