About the Role
We are seeking a creative and commercially minded Sales Designer to support customers throughout the entire project process. From the first consultation and design appointment through to final installation, you will be responsible for producing inspiring designs, building strong customer relationships and turning enquiries into completed sales. This position would suit an ambitious KBB professional who enjoys combining design expertise with excellent customer service and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with customers to discuss their requirements, preferences and budget.
- Produce bespoke designs for kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms and home office spaces.
- Prepare accurate quotations and engaging design presentations.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales journey.
- Follow up enquiries and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
- Meet and exceed personal sales and margin objectives.
- Conduct site visits and surveys where necessary.
- Oversee projects from sale through to completion.
- Work closely with installers, suppliers and colleagues to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and current industry trends.
- Deliver outstanding service that encourages repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
- Previous experience within the KBB industry or another design-led sales environment.
- A successful track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong design ability and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence presenting designs and quotations to customers.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Commercial awareness and good problem-solving ability.
- Experience using Compusoft Winner or similar design software would be beneficial, although training can be provided.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.

Hours
