We are seeking a talented and creative Kitchen Designer to join an exceptional team in High Wycombe. Our client is part of a respected luxury brand, you’ll have the opportunity to work with premium products, high-end clients, and stunning design concepts that set the standard in modern living. This is a fantastic role for someone who is passionate about design, customer experience, and delivering excellence in every project.

Full time perminant position working Tuesday – Saturday 10pm – 6pm, paying £26,000 plus 3% uncapped commission on sale. Must have a driving license.

Key Responsibilities

Create bespoke luxury kitchen designs tailored to each client’s lifestyle, taste, and budget.

Conduct in-depth design consultations, both in-showroom and on-site.

Produce detailed plans, 3D visuals, and specifications using industry-standard design software, Ideally Winner.

Guide clients through the full design journey from concept to completion ensuring an exceptional and seamless experience.

Collaborate closely with installers, suppliers, and project teams to ensure accuracy and flawless execution.

Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across all luxury ranges and materials.

Meet sales targets while consistently upholding the brand’s premium standards.

About You

Strong background in kitchen or interior design, ideally within the luxury sector.

Excellent communication and client-facing skills with a consultative approach.

Highly creative with a strong eye for detail and premium styling.

Confident using design software (CAD, 3D rendering tools, or similar).

Organised, proactive, and committed to delivering outstanding service.

A passion for high-end interiors and a drive to exceed expectations.
