About the Role This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced KBB Sales Designer to join a successful luxury business and take ownership of projects from initial customer consultation through to completion. You will be responsible for creating beautiful, bespoke designs while confidently managing the sales process and building strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: Meeting customers and understanding their individual requirements, tastes and budgets. Designing bespoke kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms to a high standard. Creating accurate and inspirational CAD designs and presentations. Managing the full sales process from initial consultation through to completion. Preparing quotations and presenting designs professionally to clients. Building strong, long-term relationships with customers. Liaising with suppliers, manufacturers and internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly. Managing multiple projects while maintaining excellent attention to detail. Working closely with the wider design team and supported by dedicated administration staff. Achieving agreed sales and commercial targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Requirements / Skills: Previous experience within the KBB industry is essential. Proven experience in a sales and design role , ideally within a premium or bespoke environment. Strong kitchen design experience, with bedroom and bathroom experience highly desirable. Confident communicating with customers and converting enquiries into sales. Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for design. Experience using Winner and/or Virtual Worlds is highly desirable. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage the full customer journey. A professional, personable and customer-focused approach. Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative design team. Candidates who have experience with alternative CAD/design software will also be considered, with full training available where required .
