About the Role This is an exciting entry-level opportunity where no previous KBB experience is required. You will be fully trained in the products, design process and systems, learning from experienced designers while developing your own skills and confidence. The role offers a fantastic opportunity to build a long-term career within the luxury KBB industry, with a clear pathway for progression as your knowledge and experience grow. Key Responsibilities: Learning how to design beautiful, bespoke kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms. Supporting the experienced design team with customer projects. Learning about KBB products, materials, finishes and current design trends. Developing your CAD and design skills through full training. Assisting with customer consultations and understanding their requirements. Learning how to create professional design presentations and quotations. Supporting customers throughout their design journey. Working closely with the design and administration teams. Developing your knowledge of the sales and design process. Progressing towards managing your own customers and projects as your experience grows. What We’re Looking For: No previous KBB experience is required. An interest in design, interiors, kitchens or home improvement. Enthusiasm and a genuine willingness to learn. A creative mindset and good eye for detail. Friendly, confident and personable nature. Good communication skills. Organised and professional approach. A positive attitude and strong work ethic. Someone who is keen to develop and build a long-term career. Recent Design Graduates are very welcome to apply. Experience with CAD, Winner or Virtual Worlds would be advantageous but is not essential , as full training will be provided.
