Simon Acres Recruitment are looking for personable, driven, and positive Senior Sales Consultant/Store Manager for a well-established, highly successful, and growing Furniture retailer based around the Dereham area. Our client’s Senior Sales Consultant/Store Manager will work autonomously to deliver a first-rate customer experience, ensuring that the store’s customers receive an expert, professional and ethical experience when visiting or calling the store. The Senior Sales Consultant/Store Manager will have full responsibility for the overall store environment.
Package:
- Salary: £25,000 Basic
- Uncapped Commission
- Monthly Store Bonus (Circa £42k OTE)
- Working Hours: 5 days over 7 days per week
- Opening times: 9am - 5:30pm (Mon-Sat) & 10am - 4pm (Sun)
Duties:
- Maintain and develop both new and existing customers through excellent customer care and ethical sales methods
- Always provide outstanding customer service, resolving all customer queries quickly and efficiently, managing situations to result in successful conclusions
- Perform to Key Performance Indicators, as set by management
- Seamlessly manage telesales calls in addition to the store's footfall
- Manage stock and displays in line with branding guidelines
- Carry out daily cash handling routines
- Adhere to data protection policies
- Responsible for the overall presentation of the store
- Ensure pricing and POS is correct and present
- Full Responsibility of Health & Safety, testing and compliance
- Any other duties required by management
