About the Role

Working with Housing Associations and contractors to deliver tailored operational solutions that drive efficiency and cost saving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and build strong operational relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Act as the primary contact between customers and branches ensuring consistent service levels.
  • Maximise customer spend by securing a greater share of materials and promoting their full product range.
  • Assist in implementing key customer initiatives.
  • Maintain and deliver consistent customer pricing across all brands and branches.
