About the Role
Working with Housing Associations and contractors to deliver tailored operational solutions that drive efficiency and cost saving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and build strong operational relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Act as the primary contact between customers and branches ensuring consistent service levels.
- Maximise customer spend by securing a greater share of materials and promoting their full product range.
- Assist in implementing key customer initiatives.
- Maintain and deliver consistent customer pricing across all brands and branches.
