About the Role
This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to become an integral part of the internal sales support team. You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, processing orders, maintaining client relationships, and supporting wider business operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer enquiries, providing pricing and product information
- Resolve customer complaints and queries professionally and efficiently
- Process sales orders, prepare quotations, and track deliveries
- Proactively follow up on leads and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Maintain strong client relationships and accurately update CRM systems with customer interactions
- Work closely with external sales, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure customer requirements are met
- Deliver consistently high levels of customer service and support
Requirements / Skills:
- Previous experience within a sales support, customer service, or commercial role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work effectively within a busy environment
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach
