Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join a well-established merchant

team as a Branch Sales Assistant. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and

providing essential administrative support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection and inquiries.

• Accurately process sales transactions and manage account-related queries.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

• Promote new products, special offers, and seasonal promotions.

• Handle telephone and email inquiries promptly and professionally.
