We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join a well-established plumbers’ merchant team as a Branch Assistant. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and providing essential administrative support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection and inquiries.
  • Accurately process sales transactions and manage account-related queries.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Promote new products, special offers, and seasonal promotions.
  • Handle telephone and email inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in the warehouse as required.
  • Assist with deliveries as required.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a plumbers' or builders merchant environment is preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing and heating products is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using sales and inventory management software.
