About the Role
This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to take ownership of the day to day sales and customer experience within the showroom. This is a hands on role where you will be the main contact for customers, guiding them from initial enquiry through to completed sale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact in the showroom, welcoming customers and delivering a professional friendly experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding individual requirements and offering expert advice.
- Prepare and present tailored bathroom quotations and proactively follow up all quotations to maximise sales conversion and revenue.
- Manage the ordering process and plan deliveries for all completed sales to ensure smooth project completion.
- Maintain high standards of showroom merchandising, presentation and cleanliness at all times.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, new products and design developments.
- Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional, timely and solutions focussed manner.
Requirements / Skills:
- Ideally a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar customer facing sales role preferably within a bathroom showroom or related sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to details with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Sales driven, proactive and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
