Role Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients in the showroom and during home visits to understand their needs, style preferences, and functional requirements
  • Design and present bespoke bathroom solutions using industry-standard CAD software (Winner or Virtual Worlds)
  • Manage the full design-to-installation process, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and fitters to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through excellent product knowledge and a consultative sales approach
  • Ensure the showroom is visually appealing and aligned with brand standards
