About the Role
This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to develop and grow sales across West London and the Home Counties, strengthening existing relationships while identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will play a key role in expanding market share, driving revenue growth, and representing a respected brand within the KBB industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with independent retailers, merchants, and key accounts
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the territory
- Deliver product training and presentations to customers
- Implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and account management
Requirements / Skills:
- Proven experience in bathroom sales within the KBB industry
- Strong track record in field sales and territory management
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Commercially driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Full UK driving licence
