Weare now looking for a Manager, Senior Manager or Director with strong Financial Servicesconsulting experience to join our growing UK Financial Services team.
How you will create impact:
- As Senior Manager or Director, you will be leading ourconsulting projects in this specialist area
- Alongside project delivery,you will have the opportunity to be involved in business developmentactivities, working alongside sector colleagues
- Once fully on-boarded, youwill be managing one to two project teams and handling client relationshipsunder the guidance of Partners and/or Senior Directors
- You will be creating content and assisting in clientacquisition and retention, to help continue the growth of our FS practiceacross commercial banking
- You will be sharing your specialist knowledge with ourearly career hires, developing them as professionals and supporting themto develop FS sector exposure and knowledge
Your profile:
- Substantial work experience in consulting or in-house product/commercial strategy roles in Banking, Payments or WealthManagement
- 2+ years of leading and managing teams alongside seniorstakeholder relationships, including cultivating trusted clientrelationships
- Experience in managing consulting projectsconcurrently
- Proven track record of assisting impactful businessdevelopment activities
- Exceptional project management skills and motivation tobuild and support high performing teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial, curiousand with a commitment to delivering for clients
- Outstanding communication skills, able to take complexideas and make them simple and compelling
- A strong desire to work in a fast paced commerciallyagile environment
- Strong interest and experience in commercially focusedgrowth topics
- Ability to develop and deliver new thought leadershipin collaboration with peers in the Financial Services practice
