Full-time, permanent Monday to Friday. Salary £30,000 per annum. 28 days holiday including bank holidays. Please note: Applicants must be authorised to work in the UK.

Simnat PLC is an established property company managing a portfolio of residential rental properties across London, primarily in South London. The business is focused on maintaining well-managed homes, strong tenant relationships and high standards of property compliance.

The Role

As a Rental Property Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of approximately 70 residential properties, managing the full tenancy lifecycle from enquiries and referencing through to renewals, maintenance coordination and end-of-tenancy administration. This is a hands-on, office-based role requiring strong organisation, clear communication and a good understanding of the UK private rented sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lettings process including enquiries, referencing and move-ins
  • Prepare and administer tenancy agreements, renewals and documentation
  • Manage rent collection and monitor arrears
  • Oversee tenant deposits, end-of-tenancy settlements and disputes
  • Ensure property compliance including Gas Safety, EICR, EPC and Right to Rent checks
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance and contractors
  • Maintain accurate tenancy and compliance records
  • Handle tenant enquiries and resolve issues professionally

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a highly organised property professional with strong communication skills and experience managing residential tenancies or property portfolios.

  • 4-5 years of experience in property management
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Good attention to detail and record keeping
  • Experience managing residential properties or lettings (preferred)
  • Knowledge of UK landlord and tenant legislation (desirable)
  • Experience with property management systems or Excel (desirable)
