Role Purpose
To lead our rotational moulding team whilst working alongside them to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output. This is a hands-on role where you are expected to set the standard by example.
Key Responsibilities
- Work as part of the team on the line, carrying out production tasks to meet daily targets
- Lead, support, and motivate team members during the shift
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures
- Monitor production performance and address issues as they arise
- Allocate tasks and adjust priorities to keep production running smoothly
- Carry out basic problem-solving and escalate issues where needed
- Support training and development of team members, including new starters
- Complete relevant paperwork and system updates accurately
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and organisation in the work area
- Act as the first point of contact for the team
