Reporting to the Team Leader. Responsible for own work.

Job Summary: To contribute towards the team’s production, focusing on internal customer satisfaction and good employment relations.

Typical Jobs may include:

  • Applying graphics
  • Loading mould tools
  • Loading oven
  • Second shot
  • Loading cooler
  • Removing product and trimming finished product
  • Routing joint line
  • Inserting face material and creating an appropriate finish
  • Basic tool, frame and oven maintenance
  • Removal of scrap and housekeeping

Job Content:

Ensure customer’s delivery dates are met by:

  • Contributing towards meeting the team’s production targets and effective individual job times
  • Developing interpersonal integration and effective communication
  • Use of effective production flow techniques
  • Working shifts when required

Ensure quality standards are met by:

  • Observance of ISO 9001 procedures
  • Maintaining quality control procedures
  • Following testing procedures to ensure first class quality

Contribute to the organisation’s success by:

  • Facilitating good employment relations
  • Working flexibly and in any department as required
  • Working within discipline, absence and grievance procedures
