Simmons Bars are well known for being the best bar group in the world. I’m a late night cocktail bar offering you the perfect place for after work drinks or a cheeky dance, people like me because I look real good and sell nice drinks.

About you:

As a Bartender, you’ll play a key role in elevating the party experience for our guests and making sure they come back time and time again! Previous bartending experience isn’t necessary, we will train you and get you up to scratch within 6 weeks.

What you’ll do:

  • Prepare and serve Simmons cocktails and beverages to spec (recipes).
  • Follow Simmons’ Steps of Service to ensure a positive guest experience for everyone who comes on.
  • Contribute to the lively and vibrant atmosphere of our bars.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient operation, including stock handling, collecting and washing glasses.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for everyone in the venue.
  • Process correct payments on the tills.
  • Demonstrate Simmons values every single day.
