The role

We are keen to hear from experienced corporate lawyers to join our growing Private Markets team in London or Bristol.

The successful candidate will advise on a range of transactions, including private M&A, joint ventures, reorganisations and corporate advisory for premium clients across our core sectors.

The role will provide the opportunity to work on challenging, complex, high-value and often high-profile transactions, frequently with an international element.

You will work with partners and associates in London, Bristol and internationally, as part of a collegiate and supportive international group.

  • Candidate specification
  • You are a qualified lawyer with 3-6 years PQE, with a strong focus on Private M&A transactions, ideally gained within a leading international firm
  • You will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate complex analysis in a clear and concise manner
  • You are able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines
  • You can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team
  • A desire to be part of a diverse and progressive team
