Main purpose of the role:
Simmons Adaptive is seeking mid-level venture capital lawyers to support a key client. This is expected to be a part-time role (2 days per week) for 6 months.
Person specification:
- You are a qualified lawyer with venture capital experience from a leading private practice or financial institution.
- You have experience with EIS funds, KI funds, retail and consumer duty.
- You are a problem solver with a collaborative approach.
- You can work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
- You possess excellent organisation skills and can effectively prioritise workloads.
- You can work autonomously as well as collaborate within a wider team.
- You must hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
