Main Purpose of the Role
Simmons Adaptive is seeking structured finance lawyers to support a key financial services client. The role is expected to begin in mid‑October and run to mid‑February 2027.
Person Specification
- 2–6 years PQE lawyer with structured finance expertise.
- Experience in structured finance, securitisation, and some direct lending and banking experience.
- Problem‑solver with a collaborative approach.
- Able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads.
- Can work autonomously and also collaborate as part of the wider team.
- Required to hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
