Main purpose of the role:

• Simmons Adaptive are seeking a Structured Finance Lawyer to provide part time (3 days per week) support to our global technology client.
• Advising on structured finance transactions.
• Managing transactions from inception to completion.
• Reviewing and negotiating transaction documents.
• Handling internal instructions and queries.
• Setting up transaction structures.

Person specification:

• Structured Finance Lawyer.
• Ideally with fintech experience.
• Comfortable with ad hoc arrangements and flexible working hours.
