Main purpose of the role:
- Simmons Adaptive are seeking a Structured Finance Lawyer to provide part time (3 days per week) support to our global technology client.
- Advising on structured finance transactions.
- Managing transactions from inception to completion.
- Reviewing and negotiating transaction documents.
- Handling internal instructions and queries.
- Setting up transaction structures.
Person specification:
- Structured Finance Lawyer.
- Ideally with fintech experience.
- Comfortable with ad hoc arrangements and flexible working hours.
