Main purpose of the role:
Simmons Adaptive is looking for employment lawyers interested in supporting a key fintech client. This is expected to be a full-time transactional role for 3-6 months, covering for a team member on maternity leave, involving day-to-day employment advisory work and project support.
Person specification:
- You are a qualified senior employment lawyer with experience from a leading private practice or in-house environment.
- You are comfortable working autonomously.
- You are a problem solver and offer a collaborative approach.
- You can work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
- You can work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines.
- You have excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads.
- You can collaborate as part of the wider team.
- You will be required to hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
