As an Adaptive consultant, you will be fully supported by the Simmons & Simmons team with a sponsoring Partner and a client team with whom we encourage regular engagement. You will have access to the firm's resources and know-how and have opportunities for training and development.
Main purpose of the role:
Simmons Adaptive is keen to hear from Repackaging lawyers interested in supporting a key client at Simmons & Simmons. This is expected to be a full-time role (with three days in the London office) for 6 months. The consultant will require experience issuing notes, warrants, and loans off in-house repackaging programmes, and exercising warrants and swap calls on current trades.

- You are a qualified lawyer with repackaging experience from a leading financial institution.
- You have experience issuing notes, warrants, and loans off in-house repackaging programmes.
- You are a problem solver and offer a collaborative approach.
- You are able to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
- You can work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines.
- You have excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads.
- You can work autonomously but also collaborate as part of the wider team.
- You will be required to hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
