This is a full time opportunity for an initial 3 month duration, working a hybrid model with 3 days in the office. We are also open to considering part time candidates working 4 days per week.You will work part of a close-knit legal team, playing a key role in supporting a substantial UK real estate portfolio and advising on a broad range of strategic property transactions. * Managing a broad range of UK real estate transactions involving freehold, leasehold and licence interests.* Taking ownership of transaction pipelines and key project workstreams.* Advising on deal structures and head of terms.* Drafting and negotiating a variety of real estate documentation. **Person specification:*** You are a qualified lawyer with ideally 4-7 years’ PQE.* You are a problem solver and offer a collaborative approach.* You are able to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment.* You are able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines.
