Main purpose of the role:
Simmons Adaptive is looking for a lawyer to support the Private Banking team in one of our key financial institution clients for an initial term of 9 months, with a hybrid working arrangement.
Person specification:
- You are a qualified lawyer.
- You will either have:
- transactional derivatives experience, or
- a solid background in investments regulation or wealth management.
- You are a problem solver and offer a collaborative approach.
- You can work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
- You can work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines.
- You have excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads.
- You can work autonomously but also collaborate as part of the wider team.
