Main purpose of the role:

Simmons Adaptive is looking for a lawyer to support one of our key energy clients on LNG transactional matters. This will be for an initial term of 6 months, with a hybrid working arrangement.

Person specification:

  • You are a qualified lawyer.
  • You will ideally have experience advising on LNG sale and purchase transactions and associated operational matters.
  • Those with experience in gas, power, oil or broader commodities trading will also be considered.
  • You are a problem solver and offer a collaborative approach.
  • You are able to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
  • You are able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines.
  • You have excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads.
  • You can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team.
