As an Adaptive consultant, you will be fully supported by the Simmons & Simmons team with a sponsoring Partner and a client team with whom we encourage regular engagement. You will have access to the firm's resources and know-how and have the opportunity to be involved in training and development at the Firm.
Main purpose of the role:
Simmons Adaptive is keen to hear from legal operations/technology implementation consultants available to support a client within the TMT sector. The candidate will be required to:
- Drive end-to-end implementation of contract lifecycle management and AI tools
- Improve and embed legal processes (e.g. contract workflows, risk assessment)
- Act as liaison with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Roll out training and support adoption across the business
This is a project role starting in June 2026 for an initial 4-6 months.
Person specification:
- You are a legal operations professional with experience working in-house, ideally with CLM/AI tools
- You have strong commercial contracts experience with a real estate or construction angle
- You are a problem solver and offer a collaborative approach
- You are able to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment
- You can work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines
- You have excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads
- You can work autonomously but also collaborate as part of the wider team
- You will be required to hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)
