Main purpose of the role:
Simmons Adaptive are keen to hear from proactive and organised junior company secretaries to join and support our client. This is an opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to develop their career in company secretarial within a dynamic and supportive environment. You will provide comprehensive support for board and committee meetings, working closely with the Company Secretary on governance matters and ad hoc projects as needed.
Person specification:
- You have previous experience with board and committee meetings.
- You have strong organisational skills, with attention to detail.
- You are a problem solver and offer a collaborative approach.
- You are able to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
- You can work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines.
- You have excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads.
- You can work autonomously but also collaborate as part of the wider team.
- You will be required to hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
