Simmons Adaptive are keen to hear from junior commercial/tech lawyers who are interested in supporting the Digital Business team at Simmons & Simmons. This is expected to be a full-time (with three days in the London office) role for an initial 3-6 month term, with potential to extend or turn permanent.

The consultant will be covering a broad range of commercial and technology work, including:

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts including software license, SaaS, cloud, outsourcing, platform terms, DPAs.
  • Advising on technology and digital business issues including IP, data and privacy, platform and online services.
